All members must comply to the following Terms and Conditions.

In the event a member breaches or otherwise fails to comply with any provision of these Terms and Conditions Devs Kenya may terminate the participation of such a member in the platform.

Copyright in the material and trademarks on this Site are owned by Devs Kenya unless otherwise indicated and you agree not to infringe any intellectual property rights owned by Devs Kenya.

Modifications
Devs Kenya reserves the right to change the member Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the member’s responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions from time to time for such changes. In the event Devs Kenya offers any additional or replacement services then this agreement shall apply to such services in the absence of any new agreement specific to such services which is entered into between the parties.

Who can use the Service?
You can register for the Service as an individual user (Individual) under the profile of the platform or as a company, organization, government, or other legal entity user (collectively Organization) under the company section of the platform.

To use the Service, You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Anyone completing the registration must be legally competent.

If you are accepting these Terms and using the Service on behalf of an Organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so.

Ownership
Personal information provided by members to Devs Kenya will be kept confidential and will not be distributed to any third party. The Privacy Policy and any additional privacy information made available to You govern the use of data related to You as an Individual user or as a representative of an Organization.

Charges
Your use of the platform may be or may become subject to charges. These charges may cover parts or the entire platform.

Use of the Service involves transmission of data through Your service provider’s network. Prices listed within the Service DO NOT include possible data transmission, text message, voice or other service provision charges by Your network service provider.

The prices in the platform are subject to change. Prices include applicable taxes in effect at the time of Your transaction, unless otherwise stated, and need to be paid in full.

Devs Kenya assumes no responsibility for the payment of any charges of Your service providers.

Devs Kenya is a platform that provides a directory for software developers and related companies. Companies can get software developers based on their profiles.

However as such information is publicly posted, Devs Kenya has no control over the truth, accuracy, quality, legality, or safety of postings made by members. Therefore, Devs Kenya recommends that You be careful and exercise common sense and good judgment when dealing with any member on the Site.
